About the photographer | Axenia Haritonova
Hello! I’m Axenia Haritonova, an actor headshot photographer in Los Angeles with over 8 years of experience behind the lens. I specialize in actor headshots, but my versatile repertoire also includes corporate, brand, family, event, food, and real estate photography.
I’m a graduate of Girne American University’s Radio and TV Cinema Faculty, where I also received a program certification for psychology while working as a professional photographer. I love people and emotions — both of which are masterfully captured in my portfolio.
As a human resource specialist myself, I have a good grasp of what casting directors want and look for in every portfolio. Aside from taking headshot photos, I can also help actors prepare for their casting calls or auditions, so they will have higher chances of getting selected for the role.

What’s included?
With “The Mirror” presentation, you’ll answer on-the-spot questions. This helps casting directors see your natural reactions and raw emotions without acting. After the short recorded interview, we will film an up-close shot as you listen to your answers while looking directly into the camera.

What’s included?
For this video, we will shoot a short introduction for the first frame followed by all the materials for the montage. These are footage from your past roles/work you will provide to us. This will help casting directors see your skills as an actor and what you can do for the role they are casting for.
If you don’t have previous experience in acting, we can shoot for your some reels following scenario, and use them to show your talent for the casting directors. Let us know if you are new in industry.

Up to 5-minute video montage with monologue.

What’s included?
For the Brand Reel, you will answer interesting questions while being filmed from different angles. We will also shoot various montage shots, which will be edited together with your monologue into one artistic video. This video will take days to shoot and will require planning before filming.

Actor portfolio website - $799
You must provide all media and information. This service only includes website development.
What’s included?
You will get a website with all your acting materials and information, so you only need to send one link to casting directors instead of a bunch of online resources. This will make you stand out from other actors, which will surely get noticed by casting directors. Even if you’re not a good fit for the role they are looking for, having a professional website will make you memorable and more likely to be called for future auditions.

If you need to record self-tapes and you don’t know how to do it correctly and you don’t have the necessary equipment, then this service is for you.
Book a time and come take self-tapes with us, we will help you with equipment and technology. You are acting — we record, prepare and send you ready video file.

How to book actor photography services
Step 1
Connect and Book appointment
Fill out my website form or give me a call to schedule an appointment. We will discuss the shoot schedule and other details. Next, you need to pay a 50% deposit to book your photo session. Bookings with no deposit payments will not be scheduled.
Step 2
Prepare
We will discuss the concept and location of the shoot. I will also give you a photo shoot and posing guide as a gift.
Step 3
Shoot
We will conduct the photo shoot at the scheduled time and location. I will also collect the remaining 50% balance on your booked service.
Step 4
Receive
After 7 to 14 days, you will receive your processed and ready-to-use actor headshots and/or video materials. I will send you a link where you can download everything within 1-2 months.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will I get the photos?
On average, our photo processing takes about 2 weeks, but it depends on the volume of photos you requested and the complexity of your project. Still, we try to send several edited images within the first week, so you’ll have some material ready to use as soon as possible.
Can I choose the location for the photoshoot?
Definitely! Let me know where you prefer to shoot and I will arrange everything.
What should I wear to a photo shoot?
We can give you wardrobe recommendations and style inspirations, so you can prepare before the shoot.
Can I get all the original photos from the shoot?
For our photography services, you’ll receive processed photographs. If you wish to get all the raw files from your shoot, we can send them to you for an additional fee.
Are you working in another city/country?
Yes, I offer actor headshots in Los Angeles and in any city or country where you wish to have a photo shoot. If you’re interested in a photoshoot in another city or region, we can discuss the details and arrangements.
I also offer confidential shoots. Details are discussed on an individual basis.
Can I reschedule or cancel the photo shoot if my plans change?
Yes, you can reschedule your photo shoot date free of charge. However, if you wish to cancel your booking, I will only refund your 50% deposit if the cancellation was done at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
Is there anything else I need to know before I book a photo shoot?
Before you book a photo shoot, please be advised about the following:
You will receive your processed photos through a link on a cloud storage service to ensure top-notch image quality. All your photos and videos will remain accessible for 1 to 2 months.
Also, your consent for the shoot means that you are familiar with my portfolio and therefore agree with my style of shooting and photo editing.
Moreover, I don’t perform re-editing of completed works and I don’t offer full or partial refunds before or after you receive the final material.
How fast can I get the full package portfolio with website?
For our full package portfolio with actor’s website, delivery will take at least 1 month. We will also provide a 2-week web support upon your receipt of all the digital materials.
